Throughout your training, Emily will adjust your plan as needed (because life, injuries, etc. happen and sometimes we need to alter) | |
Emily will give you very specific paces to hit during speed workouts and tempo runs to help you improve your speed and strength. These paces will be adjusted throughout, based on performance and feedback. | |
